Tim Robbins is an independent arbitrator with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial and investor state disputes, and has acted as arbitrator, tribunal secretary or counsel in over 85 international arbitrations. Tim provides a wide breadth of experience, knowledge and perspective from his work with tribunals, in private practice and at arbitral institutions.
Based in The Hague and Hong Kong, Tim is called in England & Wales, New York and Ontario. He has acted as presiding, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator in arbitrations administered by the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, SCC, and DIAC, in addition to working on matters under the rules of other leading institutions, including ICSID, KCAB, ICDR and JCAA, as well as numerous ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules.
